Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OneLedger Inventory, a cloud inventory, stock and POS software operated by SAER Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by staff users you add.

2. Use of the service

  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not attempt to break security, overload the service or access other businesses' data.
  • Do not use sharing features to send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.

3. Stock, GST and accounting responsibility

OneLedger Inventory helps you track stock, calculate GST on bills and prepare reports, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, physical stock checks, the tax rates you apply and the returns you file. Please verify reports with your accountant or tax advisor before filing.

4. Plans, payments and renewals

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as shown on the pricing page (GST extra). Plan limits (users, stores, items, bills per month) apply as listed there. Plans renew unless cancelled. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your data

You own the business data you enter. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data while your account is active.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be kept short wherever possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service, with notice where reasonable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
